This TV has a significant issue with the picture

This TV has a significant issue with the picture. It has green and pinkish colored lines across the picture and similar colored highlights around objects in picture.HLP5063W and the color wheel has been replaced and this has not corrected the issue. any ideas?

Hi eddiegwatz
I recommend you to check the menu, if that is also on the menu it is a DMD board issue if is not on the menu it is a digitial video board issue, hope this info. can help you
