Samsung HLR5078W Fan #2 Lamp Cooling Fan

Is the Lamp Cooling fan supposed to run all the time or is it controlled by a temperature switch? This fan ai also known as Fan #2. Mine does not run when the lamp intially lights.

The fans should be the first thing running in the TV, probably you have a problem in the power supply. Check if it's giving power to the fan, if so, the problem is the fan.
