Please help I am pulling my hair out
and about to buy a new tv
!!! Which I really don't want to do because this one is only 3 years old. Anyway I can not seem to find anyone with the same problem online though I am sure it is out there. About 3 months ago one day the screen just started having green lines all over it. I have attached a picture below. It does seem to be making a whirring sound but has done that for a long long time. Do you think it is the color wheel? Something else. We changed the bulb last summer and this probably happened about 6 months after. Anyone know what the fix is or should I just dust off my credit card?

Do these lines appear over the menu? If so the problem is the DMD board. Replacing it should solve the issue.
Hope this helps.
